Be the Coach Every Client Remembers —
Not Just the One Who Got Them Results.
Coaching Supervision offers a confidential, collaborative space to reflect, recalibrate, and rise. Because great coaches never stop growing.
Who Supports the Supporter?
You hold space for others every day — but who’s holding space for you?
Coaching supervision gives you the over-sight (literally super-vision) you need to sharpen your practice, safeguard your clients, and sustain yourself.
In some professions, attending supervision is mandatory if one wants to keep practicing with a licence or an accreditation. This is particularly true in the field of mental health, where counsellors and psychotherapists are bound by their professional organisations to engage in regular supervision with a trained/accredited supervisor.

FAQs:
●Can I get CCEs for my ICF credential?
Yes, one hour of supervision counts for 1 core competency Continuining Coach Education (CCE). You can submit up to 10 CCEs from supervision for your credential renewal.
●Do I need supervision?
No but we believe every coach should start regular supervision at some point in their career.
Coaching supervision is a powerful path to continuous growth and professional excellence. Research shows it can:
Increase your self-awareness and confidence.
Boost your objectivity and resourcefulness.
Combat isolation and foster a greater sense of belonging.
Initially coaches focus on developing their skills, which mentor coaching and coach training can help with. Solely focusing on skills, on the doing of coaching, can put a glass ceiling on the coach’s potential. Supervision is the way to break that ceiling and deepen one’s reflection and understanding of coaching.
●What can I expect during the sessions?
You can bring any topic that is important to you in regards to your coaching practice.
In the first couple of minutes we will connect, check-in and celebrate wins. Then form a coaching agreement based on the requested topic. Will spend a majority of the time using coaching techniques and having meaningful disscusions based on what’s coming up. We will wrap up in the last 10 minutes and talk about key takeaways learned from the session and put together an action or reflection plan to keep you moving forward in your coaching mastery.
There’s no arrival point in coaching — only deeper understanding.
Let’s explore what’s next for you.
