Here’s What You’ll Walk Away With:

✔️ Understanding Neurodivergence Clearly

Get a grounded understanding of ADHD, autism, dyslexia, OCD, and how neurodivergent patterns can show up in coaching sessions — so you can move from frustration → skillful partnership.

✔️ Learning practical strategies & coaching tools for supporting clients who experience:

  • Difficulty staying on one topic

  • Nonlinear or “chaotic” sessions

  • Trouble with traditional goal-setting

  • Overwhelm, shutdowns, or freeze responses

  • Inconsistent follow-through

  • Difficulty prioritizing or sequencing steps

✔️ Learning how to distinguish neurodivergent traits from:

  • “Resistance”

  • “Lack of commitment”

  • “Avoidance”

  • “Being uncoachable”

✔️ Developing the skills to tailoring your coaching to each client's brain around:

  • Processing style

  • Executive functioning profile

  • Sensory needs

  • Communication preferences

✔️ Mastering the art of creating emotional safety + reducing unintentional shame for client's with rejection sensitivity or trauma

And here’s the truth…

Even if you don’t plan to work with neurodivergent clients, you’ll want to attend.

Every client — ND or not — experiences overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, emotional dysregulation, and nonlinear thinking at times. These tools will make you a stronger coach for everyone… including yourself.
