Your Podcast Host
In 2016, I was a burned-out registered nurse and an unhappy military wife. Then, in the span of a single week, I lost both my job and my marriage. What initially felt like everything falling apart became the greatest gift of my life it gave me permission to start over and discover my true calling.
After hiring my first life coach to help me figure my sh*t out, I realized I wanted to become one too. I sold everything I owned, lived out of a suitcase for two years, traveled to more than 50 countries, and built my online coaching business while searching for a life that felt deeply aligned.
Over the past decade, I've coached hundreds of clients and discovered that many of them didn't just want coaching they wanted to become coaches themselves.
That inspired me to create the Born to Coach® Training Academy, a Level 2 ICF-accredited coach training program where I help aspiring coaches develop the confidence, coaching mastery, and business skills to build meaningful, profitable coaching careers.
Today, my mission is simple: to train the next generation of transformational coaches so they can create a life of purpose, freedom, and impact while helping others do the same.
